He tried to make ends meet through his painting work until he was old and trial and could not continues with the painting work.

He was sent to his hometown and was branded wizard. His Kinsmens chased him with clubs and cutlass. He came back to Atonsu – Kumasi and lodged in the kiosk which has since been demolished during the recent decongestion exercise.

When Compassion Africa Aged Foundation (CAAF) met old Nsiah for the second time he had a swollen foot. CAAF sponsored him through his medical care and other support.

When ask to be sent home, he refused the reason being that his begging job has been fetching him not less than GH˘5 (˘50, 000).

As at now he is homeless – “veranda” Aged beggar around Atonsu in Kumasi.
Yet he needs economic, social and psychological support. He needs to be taken home!
