2006 Annual Report
(1)
Introduction As part of its routing programs, Compassion
Africa Aged Foundation visited communities in which it works. During
such visits there were group discussions focusing on the listed aged.
Normally, it is meant for the old people themselves but our volunteer
corps also attend. This time we were also privileged to have HAG Project
Staff (Jacob) in attendance. The area of coverage has been zoned with
each zone having a number of communities. These communities are
supported in this programme by a corps of volunteers who visited
identified aged regularly. Periodically however Project Staff joins them
in their community meetings. Some communities are selected for
visitations at particular time. The Report covers the community meetings
in the year ended 2006.

Objectives This Visitation Programme serves as link
between project staff and volunteers on one hand and older people on the
other hand where education is given, where we learned the problems of
the Aged; and donation were given in cash and /or kind.
